While we were in Wyoming I got to see one of my closest friends Joy and her kids who were in town visiting her family. So great to see her. She has lost a TON of weight and looks incredible. I don't think I've ever seen her this tiny except maybe while growing up. She has worked very hard and I am so proud of her.
