Mamoose and Papaw came to town

Steve's mom and dad came to visit us around mid June and we had a great time. We took a train ride on the Georgetown Loop Railroad about 45 miles west of Denver. Olivia has been wanting to go on a choo choo train ever since she watched Polar Express which is one of her favorite movies. It also included a mine tour about 600 feet inside the mountain which was very cold but fascinating. As you can see the engine is facing backwards but there is a story to it. Part of the ride it faces forward and part of it it faces backwards. Something about the way the train tracks are at the end of the railroad, they can't turn it around so it just goes forward then backwards. It was a beautiful day and we all enjoyed it.

While paying attention to the tour guide we noticed Papaw was holding a purse.

Then when caught with it, he posed. Silly Papaw. (He was actually holding my purse for me)

Olivia loved riding in the back of the van with her Papaw.

We also went to Chucky Cheese Pizza and Olivia had a ball.
Mamoose had better pictures of our time spent there but I can't seem to figure out how to get them from my email and post them here. I've got a lot to learn.

Here are just a few pics of Olivia. Steve put his hat on her so they could run to the store and pulled her pony tail through the back of it. So cute!

Little Miss Olivia loves to copy everything I do. If I feed Audrey, she feeds her baby. If I change Audrey's diaper, she changes her baby's diaper, etc. Here we are at the store and she had to take her baby, her baby's stroller, and her baby's diaper bag and her purse. We got many looks from people and comments on how cute she was with her little baby.
